The Turkmen Advisory Council (TAC) was established in 2010 as a program to engage young Turkmen in the evaluation and critical analysis of civil society development programs in their own country while providing them with valuable work experience and training. Participants, aka TAC Consultants, receive a modest stipend and training in survey design, research methodology and mentorship while enrolled in the program. TAC Consultants are assigned specific projects including evaluating the efficacy and relevance of TYCVF’s own programs.

Participants can be currently enrolled as college students or be recent college graduates. A call for applications for open TAC Consultant positions will be posted on our website when openings are available.
