The Foundation Curriculum is a five-year colloquium of readings and response questions taught by TYCVF volunteers focused on themes including critical thinking, community service and leadership. This is a required program for all TYCVF scholarship recipients while enrolled in university. Every TYCVF scholarship recipient is assigned a Curriculum Advisor (all are Returned Peace Corps Volunteers from Turkmenistan) that mentors the student throughout their university education.
