The Community Development program is there to provide the people of Turkmenistan opportunities to make measurable, positive impacts in their own communities with small grants.  The Foundation, therefore, provides funding for small projects ($50-1000) that focus on introducing, developing and encouraging the transmission of knowledge, community engagement, and community service (either as a goal in and of themselves, or as a component to a project in, for example, community health and sanitation).  Applications are usually available year-round.
