The Foundation published the first edition of the College Guide in 2007 and distributed
it to students across Turkmenistan. This handy reference to American universities
is indespensible to Turkmen students looking to study abroad in the U.S.--students
trying to decide upon which school, of thousands of potential colleges, they
should apply to. Not only does the College Guide give first-hand accounts of
American university life from the perspective of Turkmen students, it lists the
colleges at which foreign students have the best chance of receiving financial
aid, as well as those which have strong Central Asian programs and might be most
interested in hosting students from the region. |
